Our  Wide Range 10sp cassette is made for the MTB rider that needs just a little deeper climbing gear, but refuses to give up performance.  This is a full cassette and NOT an ‘Expander Adaptor.’  This is a great shifting, no sacrifice, no compromise ‘Wide-Range’ 10sp MTB cassette, that you could use an unmodified 10sp MTB rear derailleur with.

COMPATIBILITY

SHIMANO & SRAM — Must be MID or LONG cage 10sp rear derailleur.  Always use new 10sp chain of your choice, and set the length depending on if you are riding 1X or 2X drivetrain.  Chain length is also a preference for your personal setup.   Adjust the rear derailleur B-Tension screw down so the upper pulley clears the 40T cog.

WARRANTY

Praxis warrants components to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 2 years after original purchase to the original owner.  However, there are limitations such as normal wear and tear…as “nothing lasts forever” so please read our Warranty page for details.

USA : Located in the United States?
Please contact the retailer where you have bought your Praxis product. With the bill of purchase, the store will be responsible for opening the warranty inquiry and contacting Praxis Works.

If you purchased from Praxis USA website, please contact our USA customer service team via phone or email PRIOR to sending any defective items. Praxis will issue an RA# for all warranties. Shipping defective items is the responsibility of the claim holder and is not reimbursed by Praxis Works. An RA# must be issued by Praxis Works.

INTERNATIONAL : Based outside the United States?
Please contact the retailer where you have bought your Praxis product. With the bill of purchase, the store will be responsible for opening the warranty inquiry and contacting their Praxis distributor.    Please note: every country follows different regulations on warranty so please inform yourself about the regulations in your country.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

PROCESSING –  Orders placed after 12:00pm M-F are processed/shipped the next business day.  Also, any orders placed over a weekend or holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.

FED EX – We ship with Fed Ex and charges are calculated in your shopping cart at checkout. Note: We do not ship to international countries where we have a full service distributor. Please see our list of International Distributors.

30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – Here at Praxis, we’re a core group of riders and we believe you should be completely satisfied with the purchase you have made. Should an item purchased through the Praxis Online Store fail to meet your expectations, we will gladly accept its return within 30 days of original purchase date.

RETURNS – If within 30 days of original purchase please call Praxis Works customer service at 831-423-7464 or email sales@praxis-works with your order number and our reps will be glad to setup a refund RA for you. Customer is responsible to ship/insure the product by a trackable source because if lost or damaged Praxis will not refund. Please do not return any item directly to Praxis unless an RA has been provided by a Praxis rep. Once product is received and checked in at Praxis, your warranty/refund will be processed immediately and you will be notified. No returns are accepted after 30 days.

EXCHANGES – Exchanges are not available. A full return with explanation will be needed, and a new transaction for correct product will be processed. Please call Praxis Works for issues regarding product mislabeling, miss-shipping, or if you simply ordered the wrong product.
