Praxis warrants components to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 2 years after original purchase to the original owner. However, there are limitations such as normal wear and tear…as “nothing lasts forever” so please read our Warranty page for details.

Please contact the retailer where you have bought your Praxis product. With the bill of purchase, the store will be responsible for opening the warranty inquiry and contacting Praxis Works.
If you purchased from Praxis USA website, please contact our USA customer service team via phone or email PRIOR to sending any defective items. Praxis will issue an RA# for all warranties. Shipping defective items is the responsibility of the claim holder and is not reimbursed by Praxis Works. An RA# must be issued by Praxis Works.
INTERNATIONAL : Based outside the United States?
Please contact the retailer where you have bought your Praxis product. With the bill of purchase, the store will be responsible for opening the warranty inquiry and contacting their Praxis distributor.
