The role
The Inside Sales Representative is an exciting sales and service role in a dynamic small team environment in our Santa Cruz office. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks; Inbound/Outbound sales, call schedules, account management and technical support. This is a proactive sales role that requires a high level of interaction with dealers and consumers on the phone and email/chat correspondence. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and an appetite for learning and career growth. We are open to training the right person for this role. This is a full-time role located at our office on the Westside of Santa Cruz.

What you bring 

  • Knowledge and passion for bicycles; you can identify nuances in bicycle performance and different drivetrains
  • 1-3 years’ experience in supplier, retail, or other vendor sales
  • Excellent communication, organizational, customer service diplomacy, time-management and prioritization skills
  • Positive and friendly attitude with ability to function in a dynamic small office that is growing quickly
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Potential small amount of travel to industry trade shows required, example: Sea Otter Expo
  • Understanding of Quickbooks Interface & Google Workspace

Quality Control Technician

The Role

The Quality Control Technician is an entry level role and great position to get involved with Praxis to learn and grow with our small company. As the Quality Control Technician you will be responsible to keep our awesome products held to the highest possible standards. This role will be responsible for visual and/or mechanical inspection of many aspects of product, packaging, labeling etc. Strong focus and attention to detail are essential. This role works closely with our warehouse manager and reports to the global production manager. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and organization skills and an appetite for learning and career growth. We are open to training the right person for this role. This is a full-time role located at our office on the Westside of Santa Cruz.

  • You can regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally team lift and/or move objects that weigh more
  • You like to move around all day standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing and occasionally sitting
