As riders and racers ourselves, we use the products we sell and stand behind their quality and usability. Our engineers monitor the manufacturing of every Praxis product and our Quality Control procedures are set in place specifically for each product. All of this is done to deliver the best possible product to our valued customers. NOTE : It is very important to periodically clean/wipe down, and fully inspect your Praxis products.
However, “nothing lasts forever” and should an issue arise, Praxis has the following warranty policy regarding its products.

CRANKS/CHAIN RINGS/CASSETTE/BOTTOM BRACKETS/CHAIN GUIDES…
Praxis Works warrants these hard goods to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 2 years after original purchase. Life expectancy depends on factors like frequency of use, environmental conditions and intended use. It is important to periodically clean/wipe down, and inspect your drivetrain parts. If you ride in bad conditions like rain/mud/snow, you must do this immediately to keep drivetrain/bottom bracket clean and free of water that could be sitting inside your frame shell. Please see Wear and Tear info below.
Specific Bearing info:
- M30 BB Sealed Steel bearings – No bearing warranty.
- Enduro Sealed Steel 2437/2237 bearings – No bearing warranty.
- Enduro Sealed 2437 Ceramic/Angular contact bearings – 1yr warranty against defects in workmanship or materials.
WHEELS / RIMS
Praxis Works warrants its alloy and carbon rims to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 2 years after original purchase. Life expectancy depends on factors like frequency of use, environmental conditions and intended use. CRASH – Praxis does provide for low-cost repair or replacement of parts damaged in a crash or other non-warranty situation for original owner during this 2 year period.
WEAR AND TEAR – This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear parts. Wear and tear parts are subject to deterioration as a result of normal use. Failure to inspect according to Praxis Works recommendations, and/or riding in harsh weather conditions can and will speed up deterioration.
Normal use wear and tear parts/topics are as follows :
- Bearing degradation over life of product
- Anodizing wearing off over life of product
- Chaining teeth and Cassette teeth degradation over life of product
- Bottom bracket Seals (outer and inner) degradation life of product
- Rubber O-ring for frame width variance
- General corrosion over time
LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY : This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Claims under this warranty must be made through the AUTHORIZED PRAXIS WORKS RETAILER where the Praxis Works component was purchased. Original proof of purchase is required. This warranty does not apply to products incorrectly installed and/or adjusted according to the respective Praxis installation instructions/owner manual. The Praxis tech manuals can be found online at www.praxis-works.com. Failure to use correct installation or removal tools will result in damage not covered by warranty. This warranty does not apply to damage to the product caused by crash, impact, abuse of the product, or unusual installations resulting in subjecting the product to excessive forces or loads beyond its design.
This warranty does not apply when the product has been modified. Any and all modifications to a Praxis Works product voids warranty.
Under no circumstance are the costs of shipping to or from Praxis covered by this limited warranty.
INTERNATIONAL : Do you think you have a warranty claim and you are based outside the United States?
Please contact the bike shop where you have bought your product. With the bill of purchase, the store will be responsible for the warranty and working with their Praxis distributor. Please note: every country follows different regulations on warranty so please inform yourself about the regulations in your country.

USA : Do you think you have a warranty claim and you are located in the United States?
Please contact the bike shop where you have bought your product. With the bill of purchase, the store will be responsible for the warranty and contact Praxis Works.
If you purchased from Praxis Works online direct, please contact our USA customer service team via phone or email PRIOR to sending any defective items. Praxis will issue an RA# for all warranties. Shipping defective items is the responsibility of the claim holder and is not reimbursed by Praxis Works. An RA# must be issued by Praxis Works.
