Should an item purchased through the Praxis Online Store fail to meet your expectations, we will gladly accept its return within 30 days of original purchase. DO NOT send back any product without connecting with Praxis. YOU WILL NOT receive a refund without an RA# from Praxis Works. Please simply use our form on our Guarantee/Return Page and we'll reply back within 1 business day.
Available shipping options will be displayed during the checkout process. Any timeframe provided by Praxis for when the Product(s) may ship or be delivered is a good faith estimate. While we do our best to meet that timeframe, it is not a guarantee. Actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events some of which are beyond our control. Praxis cannot be held liable for late deliveries.
All risk of loss or damage to the Products shall pass to you, or a person designated by you, upon taking physical possession of the Product(s). Title in the Product(s) shall pass to you when the Product(s) are picked up at the Praxis USA warehouse by the shipping carrier. If items are lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service.
Exchanges are not available. A full return with explanation will be needed, and a new transaction for correct product will be processed. Please call Praxis Works for issues regarding product mislabeling, miss-shipping, or if you simply ordered the wrong product.
