Praxis Works warrants components to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 2 years after original purchase. However, there are limitations as “nothing lasts forever” so please read our Warranty page for details.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
PROCESSING – Orders placed after 12:00pm M-F are processed/shipped the next business day. Also, any orders placed over a weekend or holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.
FED EX – We ship globally with Fed Ex and charges are calculated in your shopping cart at checkout. Note: We do not ship to international countries where we have a full service distributor. Please see our list of International Distributors.
30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – Here at Praxis, we’re a core group of riders and we believe you should be completely satisfied with the purchase you have made. Should an item purchased through the Praxis Online Store fail to meet your expectations, we will gladly accept its return within 30 days of original purchase.
RETURNS – If within 30 days of original purchase please call Praxis Works customer service at 831-423-7464 or email sales@praxis-works with your order number and our reps will be glad to setup a refund RA for you. Customer is responsible to ship/insure the product by a trackable source because if lost or damaged Praxis will not refund. Please do not return any item directly to Praxis unless an RA has been provided by a Praxis rep. Once product is received and checked in at Praxis, your warranty/refund will be processed immediately and you will be notified. No returns are accepted after 30 days.
EXCHANGES – Exchanges are not available. A full return with explanation will be needed, and a new transaction for correct product will be processed. Please call Praxis Works for issues regarding product mislabeling, miss-shipping, or if you simply ordered the wrong product.
