Here at Praxis USA, we’re a core group of riders and we believe you should be totally satisfied with the purchase you have made. If an item purchased through the Praxis Online Store fails to meet your expectations, don't worry, we will gladly accept its return within 30 days of original purchase date.

Please note that this only applies to online store purchases from the Praxis Works website.

For the return policy on a purchase made at your local Praxis retailer, you'll need to ask them individually about their policies.

RETURNS

If within 30 days of original purchase please fill out the form below and our reps will be glad to coordinate a refund RA# for you.

Customer is responsible to ship/insure the product back by a trackable source because if lost or damaged Praxis will not refund.

Do not return any item directly to Praxis unless an RA# has been provided by a Praxis rep.  Once product is received and checked in at Praxis, a refund of the product cost + tax will be processed immediately and you will be notified.   Shipping charges are not refunded.
